RESTORING SMILE AFTER FACIAL INJURY

A 30 year old female patient reported to " DINESH'S DENTAL PARADISE" at 9.00pm after she had fallen face down from the two wheeler while she was on her way home.A freak accident without a helmet on,led to a fracture of the upper front teeth and jaw bone  causing difficulty in closing the mouth .This was needed to be fixed immediately and efficiently as the fractured jaw bone had 3 broken teeth which were pushed in.An arch bar and wires were used to fix these teeth and the jaw bone.Two days later direct composite(tooth coloured filling)was used to buildup for the fractured teeth # 11,21 thus restoring the aesthetics of the patient.Patient was very happy with the result.
